Return Policy

If customers need to return the above goods after purchasing them, please abide by the following terms:

Return Period All items have a 15-day return period starting from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed, return requests will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, including all labels and packaging.
  • Items must not show any wear, damage or signs of use.
  • Original proof of purchase or invoice must be provided.

Return Process

  • Customers need to contact the Noobbankwebsite customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • After receiving the RMA number, the customer must return the product to the designated return address within 14 days.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the reason for return is due to product defect or wrong product shipped.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected, the Noobbanksite will process the refund via the original payment method.
  • The refund processing time is within 7 working days after receiving the return.
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days, depending on the processing time of the issuing bank.

Partial Refund

  • If the returned merchandise does not meet the return conditions above, Noobbankwebsite reserves the right to provide only a partial refund or refuse a refund.
  • If the item is damaged during transportation, the Noobbankwebsite may deduct the corresponding damage fee.

Special circumstances

Exchange

  • The Noobbankwebsite currently does not provide direct exchange services. If the product needs to be replaced, the customer must first return the product and place a new order.

Wrong or defective goods

  • If the goods received by the customer are defective or do not match the order, please contact the customer service department within 7 days of receiving the goods. The Noobbanksite will cover return shipping costs and will provide a full refund or replacement of the item.
